Course Contents

This is the core assessment which is a pre-requisite to the individual modules. The course will cover the following subjects:

• Applicable Building Electrical and Safety Regulations
• Pre-work survey/inspection
• Safe isolation procedures
• Earthing and Bonding Requirements
• Electrical Test Procedures
• Cables, component and fitting selection
• Installation and replacement of electrical components and fittings
• Recording of electrical test results, completion of certification and notification requirements

The course includes a copy of the IEE ON-site Guide for BS7671 16th Edition Regulations
