Courses can be provided for assessment only if required and can be provided to suit individual requirements.

All appliances and installations used in the centre for training and assessment purposes are up to date current models and specifications.

This area demonstrates the most modern controls found on domestic gas installations.

The Gas Flue Installations Bay Area incorporates most common modern flueing systems found in the industry today.

The Gas Water Heater Bay includes fan flued, natural draught and flueless water heaters.

Training to Guild of Gas Fitting Operatives Standard

Current legislation dictates that operatives without formal qualifications can undertake formal Gas Installation and Maintenance Training and Assessment to GGFO (Guild of Gas Fitting Operatives) level. This qualification would provide access to ACS Assessments.

This training and assessment can be provided by T GAS Limited. The duration of the course is approximately 16 weeks dependent upon individual knowledge and includes “on/off” the job training and assessment.
